Brusha, Brusha, Brusha

He who dies with the most toothpaste still dies ... but with better teeth.

I read that on a forum recently, and I thought it was a great tribute to CVS and the mountain of toothpaste I have -- which has cost me nothing.

This week, Colgate Total and Max Fresh are on sale for $2.50 a tube. Buy two tubes, and you get back $2 in ecb. So, that's like $3 a pair, unless you can find the elusive Aetna.com Colgate coupon, which was floating around Cyberspace until not too long ago. If you have that $1.50/1 coupon, you're getting free toothpaste.

The limit is three deals, which is six tubes, which, to the average person means $15 [[to me, it means zero]]. Well, either way you look at it, it qualifies you for a free travel bag from Colgate.com.

Go to Colgate.com and click on Special Offers. From there, you'll see a promo for a travel bag with travel sized coupons and, as the site puts it, "valuable coupons." Don't they know all coupons are valuable? But I digress ...

Click the promo, and you'll be prompted to fill in your name and address, and then you'll be guided to print out a form. Mail that in with your UPCs from various products [[including Colgate]] and the receipts, and in six to 10 weeks, you'll be the proud owner of some samples and a travel bag.

Right now, I'm the proud owner of a papercut. But that's another story for another day. Pin It
